Before you pay
Is the membership a subscription?
No. It is a one-month pass. Nothing renews automatically and no card details are stored on this site — you pay once through Razorpay, and if you want another month you pay again.
What counts as one run?
One dealt spread, one chart match, one road map, one numerology profile or one name correction. Reopening a saved reading from your dashboard is always free and never counted.
Why do I have to submit a payment reference?
The practice takes payment through a Razorpay payment link rather than a card gateway embedded in the site, which means no card details ever touch these servers. The trade-off is that the reference has to be matched by hand, which is the step you are helping with.
Can I get a refund?
If a service fails to produce a reading, write on WhatsApp and it will be put right or refunded. Readings that ran and simply were not what you hoped for are not refundable — that is the nature of divination.
Is my birth data kept private?
Your readings are stored privately against your account and are visible only to you and the practice. They are never sold or shared.
